Falcon32 Workflow Management
Falcon32 workflow management helps supervisors organize, prioritize and assign data entry tasks to streamline production. You can specify which operators receive work at a specific stage in data processing: batch creation, update, verification, extraction, and/or data archival. In addition, you can assign specific batches to one operator or group.
Workflow management allows you to automate tasks that previously required operator intervention, such as extracting verified batches, moving extracted batches to a directory for backup, and preparing images for inclusion in a batch.
After logging on, data entry operators are automatically presented with the highest priority task in their queue. Once an operator accepts an assignment, the supervisor can monitor progress.
